Nothing to start
Creating an account and listing your business are completely free. There are no listing fees, subscriptions or hidden charges.
Paid only on a completed sale
The success commission (3–5%) applies only when a sale facilitated through the platform completes. The exact rate is agreed in writing before you list.
No money moves through us
Completion happens directly between the parties and their solicitors. No transaction funds pass through MyNextBusiness — we simply record the completed deal for the success fee.
